You can request a return within 7 days of delivery only under the following conditions:
- Damaged or broken product
- Leaked or tampered product
- Wrong product delivered
- Missing or incomplete order
🔹 Non-Returnable Cases
Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:
- Opened or used products
- Products without original packaging
- Requests made after 7 days of delivery

- To request a return, contact us with order details and product images
- Our team will review the request
- If approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund
🔹 Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed only if:
- The returned product is verified and meets return conditions
- The product is unused and in original condition
👉 Refund method:
- Prepaid orders → refunded to original payment method
- COD orders → refunded via bank transfer
🔹 Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch
- Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed
